Me, in the Long Story Long hat

About

10 years of classrooms taught me how a room of strangers turns into a group.

Most of my students had just arrived in the US. I watched how much the first week decides: who says hi, where you sit, which rules never get written down.

Now I bring that to apps and shared spaces. I talk to the people first, find where they get stuck, then redesign the path. And I usually bring a camera.
